First Public Dialogue on the CO2LLECT Project in Rüdersdorf

On December 9, 2025, the first public dialogue on the CO2LLECT project took place at Cemex's cement plant in Rüdersdorf. Eight experts from Cemex responded to the interest, questions and criticism of around 50 citizens from Rüdersdorf and the surrounding communities.

Society for the Promotion of Museumspark Ruedersdorf

The Museumspark Ruedersdorf is an important piece of industrial culture with its large area of histroric mining and lime works. Cemex is active in the Society for the Promotion of the Museumspark and contributes to the preservation of the industrial monument.

Economic Factor Cement Plant: Cemex in Ruedersdorf

The Ruedersdorf cement plant is an important driver of the regional economy. Hundreds of jobs, numerous apprenticeships, goods purchased in the millions. The CIMA Institute for Regional Economics has produced a study about the regional significance of Cemex at the Ruedersdorf site, which highlights the employment effects and value creation effects of the plant.
